Wayne was hands-on from the very beginning, and was accessible all the time. He had great insights and creative ideas, was excited about incorporating our ideas into the house, went with us to appointments to talk to craftsmen if we asked him to, and recommended different ways to keep costs down. Wayne was open and transparent through the whole process, and we reviewed all of the invoices and costs incurred.
The timeless design, beautiful interior, and quality build not only made this a home for our family to grow into, but an investment for our financial future. With the help of the Alation team and contractors, the experience we had building our home could not have been any easier. Courtney and I had Alation Homes build our house in 2014. We had never built a house before but had heard all the horror stories about building. Our experience could not have been any better. Wayne and Debbie were amazing. They are both so easy to work with and fun to be around. The base plan was already established and we loved the floor plan. Their subcontractors were all professional. We are not planning on moving anytime soon, but if we build again, I know we would pick Alation Homes.
